What does the warranty cover?
Our limited warranty applies to defects arising from faulty materials or construction. If you receive a product that appears defective, please contact our team at fureebeds@outlook.com. We’ll happily assess the issue and arrange a replacement where eligible.
What is not covered?
While our products are designed for durability, certain types of damage fall outside our warranty coverage:
Damage caused by pets, including chewing, biting, ripping, scratching, or excessive force
Stains, burns, or liquid damage
Damage resulting from incorrect care, including failure to follow washing instructions
Commercial use, such as in boarding facilities, hotels, or retail environments
Misuse of covers on non-Furee beds (our covers are tailored to fit our specific foam dimensions and may stretch or become damaged on incompatible products)
