Measure your dog nose-to-tail while they’re sleeping stretched out, then compare that to the internal bed dimensions. If your dog falls between sizes, we always recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.

Unzip and remove the outer cover, then machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. The foam core has a waterproof inner lining and should never be submerged or machine washed. Hang the cover to dry in the shade before reassembling.

Yes — vacuuming is a great way to remove loose fur and debris between washes. A fabric de-shedding tool can provide an even deeper clean.

No. Bleach and harsh chemicals will damage the fabric and reduce the lifespan of your bed. Stick to mild, pet-safe detergents.

All materials used are non-toxic and pet-safe. However, foam is not meant for consumption. If ingestion occurs, contact your veterinarian as foreign materials can sometimes cause blockages.

Yes. Every Furee bed comes with a 10-year foam guarantee, covering the orthopedic foam against flattening or loss of support under normal use conditions.

The warranty covers defects arising from faulty materials or construction. If you believe you have a defective item, contact us at fureebeds@outlook.com and we’ll assess the issue for a potential replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching), stains, burns, liquid damage, incorrect care, commercial use, or covers used on non-Furee beds.

We ship throughout Australia with free standard shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Free standard shipping applies Australia-wide.

Yes — if the bed is still in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, unused and brand new, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at fureebeds@outlook.com to begin the process. Final sale items are excluded.

Unfortunately, no. Once the vacuum seal has been opened, we’re unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons.
